Einsteinian Labs provides AI-assisted research technology designed to help users explore scientific literature, generate ideas, organize information, support hypothesis development, assist with experiment planning, and accelerate research workflows. Einsteinian Labs does not guarantee that any output generated by its platform is complete, accurate, current, scientifically validated, peer-reviewed, legally compliant, commercially viable, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Data, Privacy, and Confidentiality
Users should not submit confidential, proprietary, personal, sensitive, regulated, classified, export-controlled, health, financial, or legally protected information unless they have the legal right and authority to do so and unless such submission is permitted under Einsteinian Labs’ Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.
Einsteinian Labs will handle user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable commitments. However, users remain responsible for determining whether their data may lawfully be uploaded, processed, analyzed, stored, or used with AI systems.
Intellectual Property and Research Ownership
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, users retain responsibility for determining the ownership, protectability, originality, patentability, copyrightability, confidentiality, and lawful use of any inputs, outputs, research materials, inventions, discoveries, publications, or derivative works associated with their use of Einsteinian Labs.
AI-generated outputs may not be unique and may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users. Einsteinian Labs does not guarantee that any AI-generated content is eligible for copyright, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property protection. Users are responsible for conducting appropriate intellectual property review before publishing, commercializing, filing, licensing, or disclosing any output.
