Products may be delivered as downloads, via API, SaaS, or under custom license.

• No redistribution, resale, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or use for unlawful/unapproved purposes

• Do not use for surveillance without consent, deceptive content, malware, high-risk systems (e.g., critical infrastructure, medical devices), or any activity that violates ethical AI safety and alignment

5.3. Intellectual Property

All products, models, software, and related content remain the intellectual property of Andromeda-AI or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

6. Product Descriptions & Updates

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all product information is error-free or current.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

7. Payment, Pricing & Refunds

7.1. Payment

Maximum liability is limited to the greater of (a) total payments by you in the preceding 12 months or (b) USD $100.
No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andromeda-AI, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

12.1. AI Alignment & Safety

All use of AI products must follow principles of safety, alignment, transparency, and fairness.

12.2. Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, including data protection, export controls, and AI-specific laws.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or the law, with or without notice.
